I can’t say enough good things about the staff here! Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve never been able to find a shoe that truly fits and they worked with me to find the perfect pair. It was such a great experience I took my parents in to find them shoes. They must have brought out 20 different pairs, but eventually found the perfect pair them as well. Extremely friendly and helpful the entire time. They’ve got a customer for life with me. I highly recommend you let them find you a perfect pair. The difference a pair of great fitting shoes makes is magical.

I would give Fleet Feet a 10 BECAUSE, I had for one been highly recommended by a medical professional who had the BEST experience when they went and how it changed their life. I still give them that 10 now because they did exactly that. They measured my feet in their store, there was plenty of seating, plenty of options to choose from, on their IMMACULATE display of shoes on the walls. Not too much that the eye can't handle. The experience of working with Micah was soothing. I was so used to being the person to help and do or do for others. Micah took care of me and made me feel like one of the family right away. Her smile and demeanor paired with her ability to pair your feet metrics and your preferences in mind make her the best experience when it comes to customer service. If you're looking for sweet sweet relief from your worn out shoes or even shoes that hurt your feet or knees, this is the place to go. Cantrell Location I'm glad I went when I did. I went from putting on a shoe and my knees and feet aching within a matter of 30-60min to having these newly fitted shoes with my feet and my best interest in mind. Fleet Feet yall. You don't know what you're missing out on, till you try it.

I walked in and was acknowledged by two or three associates! I had the pleasure of working with Casen! He was patiently attentive and helped me to find the perfect Hoka for hiking and walking/running! I told him that I would be back to purchase a shoe to play racquetball. He took the time to explain all of that as well. I ended up coming back later that day to purchase the second pair. Casen was working with another customer, and we ran out of time. He had an engagement to get to after work. As I waited, he sent three of his colleagues to try to help me. I know they wanted me to be happy. I told Casen I would return the next day and told him not to worry! I got there the next afternoon, and he was there waiting with the biggest smile. To be honest, I was met with a host of smiles once I walked in! I found the perfect pair of Brooks thanks to Casen! I would recommend Fleet Feet to all! Everyone who enters is welcome!! I hit the trails with new shoes, and my feet are HAPPY!

I cannot recommend Fleet Feet highly enough! My fit specialist, Audrey, was amazing! She not only made me feel like a valued customer, but like a friend and a part of the Fleet Feet family. She took the time to evaluate my needs and found the best options for my feet, and shoes that help alleviate my back and knee pain too. Sure, you can go to a regular/ big-box store and find shoes that feel ok, or shop online, but you’d most likely be paying the same price, so why not go somewhere that does a thorough evaluation of your feet and finds the best shoes to meet your individual needs, all at no additional cost? I’m so grateful my friend, Jonathan recommended them to me. I will never go anywhere else again. I’m a Fleet Feet customer for life!

I love this store! It literally changed my life after the first time walking in and buying my first pair of Hoka’s. Now I use them for everything I do as you can tell. The Owner and his staff are VERY knowledgeable and they have crazy inventory/colors. I would highly recommend to anyone with any foot pain, or just looking for a better shoe. I’ll NEVER wear another pair of Nike’s again. Thanks Fleet Feet!

Immediately met by very friendly and competent staff (Bob) who took detailed time explaining and ensuring I purchased the right running shoes for my specific needs. I am not from the area and have visited Fleet Feet stores across the country. I then met another employee named Sean (Shawn??) who was also extremely friendly and helpful. Both not only took time to share with me knowledge of running shoes, but details of all the great local running paths and trails while I was in town for a week of work. I would love to return specifically to this store for all my running needs.
